Kimberly graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Human Sciences. She went on to earn her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. Kimberly specializes in working with Adolescents. Her experiences include working with Stewart Marchman and the Grove’s adolescent level 6 commitment programs. Kimberly counseled teens with Oppositional Defiance, Conduct Disorder, Substance abuse issues, and Gang involvement. She went on to work with women and teens dealing with unplanned pregnancies. Her experiences also include working with adult inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs. |

Kimberly has lived in the Central Florida area for 13 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also has a passion for animals, and enjoys spending time with her 8 ducks, 3 dogs, cat, bird, guinea pig, and fish. She has in the past used her Peking duck, “Annebelle” in therapy sessions with her inpatient clients for stress relief and support. Kimberly enjoys using therapy techniques that integrates humor with a problem solving approach to aid her clients in tackling life’s issues. She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to not only create change, but to keep positive change in client’s lives.
